  1. How can I make Belleziya account?

Just click on the “Account” button on the top right-hand corner of the page and click on “Sign Up”. Fill in your name, email address and password. You can even sign up using your Facebook or Google+ account. Yes, it is that simple.

  1. Do I need an account to place an order at Belleziya?

No, you do not need an account as you can place an order as a guest, by just providing your email address for correspondence. However, we highly recommend that you do create a Belleziya account. Not only will you be able to rate and review products, but also you can obtain discounts on future purchases. After all, shopping more for less is always fun!

  1. How do I use a coupon code on my order?
  2. When you click on the “place order” button, you are directed to a page where you can redeem coupon code.
  3. On this page, you can enter the coupon code and the respective discount will be applied to your order.
  4. You can then proceed to checkout and pay the remaining amount using any other form of payment.
  5. How do I add items to my Wishlist?

To add an item to your wish list, click on the heart icon next to the cart button.

  1. How do I remove or delete items from my Wishlist?
  2. Go to 'My Wishlist' menu.
  3. To remove an item from the Wishlist, click on the heart icon of that item.
  4. Can I buy multiple products in a single order?

Sure, you can. Just add all the products you wish to buy on to your shopping bag and then click on the “checkout” button. This way you can save on any additional shipping charges.

  1. Can I ship the product to an address different from my billing address?

Yes, definitely! You can do so by filling in your address as the ‘billing address’ and the address you wish to ship your order to, as the ‘shipping address’.

  1. How will I get my Order Confirmation?

Once your order is confirmed, you will see a confirmation page displaying a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the shipping address. In addition, you will receive an email confirming your order details. You will also be notified when we dispatch the item(s) from our warehouse with the respective tracking details.

  1. How to track & check order status?

Once you place an order on our website, you will receive all the details of your order and tracking ID for your shipment on the registered Email Inbox. You could also use the tracking details sent straight to your Email Inbox to check your order status. Also, you can visit your customer portal login or drop an Email to care@belleziya.com


  1. What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept Debit and Credit Cards for Visa/MasterCard, Net Banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery.


  1. What if I use coupon codes for payments and I have to cancel my order?

Coupon codes are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order

Care and Safety precautions for scarves  

  • Ensure while wearing your scarf with jewelry, zips, or near metal and sharp objects as the lightweight fabric can be prone to snags and pulls.
  • Do not bleach, soak, wring or tumble dry your scarf.

Note- Do not wash colors and whites together.

  • Hand wash in cool water, later dry in shade.
  • Embellished or Tasseled scarves must be kept separately to prevent it from entanglement.

Care and Safety precautions for Jewellery:

To increase the life of your jewellery follow the simple methods given below.


  • Always wrap the jewelry in an anti-tarnish soft cloth or tissue paper after each use.
  • Store it in a zip lock bag or an air tight container, preferably without a velvet base.
  • Keep jewellery in a dry place to avoid humidity and moisture.
  • Use a soft, dry cloth to clean your jewellery after each use.
  • Any contact with creams, oils, harsh chemicals and perfumes should be strictly avoided.
  • Avoid water contact.
  • Do not expose the jewelry to extreme temperatures. 
  • Layered jewelries must be kept separately to prevent it from scratching, chipping and entanglement.

Care and Safety precautions for Hair accessories:

  • Store the product in a zip lock bag when not in use to avoid tarnishing of any kind. 
  • Avoid bringing it in contact with sweat, perfume and moisturizer.

Orders, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

1) When will my order ship?

Orders are usually processed within 3-4 working days (i.e.; Monday – Saturday). For orders   within Mumbai, we process and ship orders within 1-2 days. We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.

2) How Can I change address or Phone number in my order?

 If you wish to change address or phone number, you can do it through "My Order” section.          You will see a small edit icon on the order detail screen. You cannot change the address once the order is shipped.

3) How do I check the current status of my order?

You can review the status of your orders and other related tracking information by visiting "My Orders" section. 

4) What locations do Belleziya ship their products?

Belleziya ships throughout India (PAN India)

5) Why do I see a “Delivery Charge”?

Delivery charge is nothing but the shipping fee which is applicable only on orders with a total value less than INR 1000. This is to cover for our logistics cost to ensure that products are delivered at your doorstep in the best and fastest way possible.

6) Are there any cancellation charges

There are no separate cancellation charges levied by Belleziya.

7) How do I cancel an order? (Before it has been shipped) ?

   You can cancel the order directly through your "My order" section or drop a mail on care@belleziya.com.

8) How Do I Return an Item purchased on Belleziya?

Merchandise must be returned within 48 hrs days after delivery.

9) How do I cancel an order? (Once it has been shipped)

 Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 7 to 10 business days.

10) Will shipping charges be refunded if I cancel?

No, shipping charges will not be refunded.

11) When will I get my refund?

We will refund your money within 7 to 10 business days. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Merchandise must have all the original tags, including any Belleziya hangtags, attached and packaging intact. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. In such cases the refund may not be applicable

Any merchandise purchased during "Sale" cannot be returned/exchanged.
