Bellizia is shipping worldwide all over India


Destinations: 


We currently ship to the following countries: India, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates. 

Orders are usually dispatched within 48-72 Hours.

We ship with our selected shipping partners Shiprocket within India and with FedEx Internationally. 


Delivery charges are additional and compared while you will placing your order.


Delivery 
For domestic shipping within India, we aim for your order to reach you within 3-6 working days 
For international orders, we aim to get your order to you as fast as possible. Still, please allow patience with delivery as the time varies due to the delivery address, and customs clearance might delay a bit more.

RETURN POLICY

We're happy to accept returns of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within 15 days of delivery. You can return your product for store credit or request a refund to the original payment method. For COD, we can issue a credit note or refund the full amount to the bank details shared. You can always return or exchange your order by following the following steps:

 

HOME COLLECTION

You can request an at-home pick-up for your returns and exchanges by writing to care@belleziya.com or calling/WhatsApping our customer care at 91-9930922809 | Mon-Sat, 10 AM to 7 PM. We’ll look into the issue and get back to you within 48 working hours.


Any additional shipping charges or gift wrap packaging, if paid, cannot be refunded.


Any complaint that is reported after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted.
