1. How can I make Belleziya account?
      • Just click on the “Account” button on the top right-hand corner of the page and click on “Sign Up”. Fill in your name, email address and password. You can even sign up using your Facebook or Google+ account. Yes, it is that simple.
    2. Do I need an account to place an order at Belleziya?
      • No, you do not need an account as you can place an order as a guest, by just providing your email address for correspondence. However, we highly recommend that you do create a Belleziya account. Not only will you be able to rate and review products, but also you can obtain discounts on future purchases. After all, shopping more for less is always fun!

    3. How do I use a coupon code on my order?
      • When you click on the “place order” button, you are directed to a page where you can redeem coupon code.

      • On this page, you can enter the coupon code and the respective discount will be applied to your order.

      • You can then proceed to checkout and pay the remaining amount using any other form of payment.

    4. How do I add items to my Wishlist?
      • To add an item to your wish list, click on the heart icon next to the cart button.

    5. How do I remove or delete items from my Wishlist?
      • Go to 'My Wishlist' menu.

      • To remove an item from the Wishlist, click on the heart icon of that item.

    6. Can I buy multiple products in a single order?
        • Sure, you can. Just add all the products you wish to buy on to your shopping bag and then click on the “checkout” button. This way you can save on any additional shipping charges.

      7. Can I ship the product to an address different from my billing address?
          • Yes, definitely! You can do so by filling in your address as the ‘billing address’ and the address you wish to ship your order to, as the ‘shipping address’.

        8. How will I get my Order Confirmation?
            • Once your order is confirmed, you will see a confirmation page displaying a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the shipping address. In addition, you will receive an email confirming your order details. You will also be notified when we dispatch the item(s) from our warehouse with the respective tracking details.

          9. How to track & check order status?
              • Once you place an order on our website, you will receive all the details of your order and tracking ID for your shipment on the registered Email Inbox. You could also use the tracking details sent straight to your Email Inbox to check your order status. Also, you can visit your customer portal login or drop an Email to care@belleziya.com

             

            10. What modes of payment do you accept?
                • We accept Debit and Credit Cards for Visa/MasterCard, Net Banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery.

               

              11. What if I use coupon codes for payments and I have to cancel my order?
                  • Coupon codes are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order
