Exchange Policy:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly exchange the product for a new one or provide a refund.
- Size or Color Exchange: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. We will assist you in exchanging the item, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy:
- Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and provide a full refund. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy (see below).
- Customized or Personalized Items: Please note that orders for customized or personalized items cannot be canceled once they have been placed, as these products are made specifically for you.
